I have been working as a Professional Full Time Cycling Coach for nearly 10 years and have a passion for data driven performance.

As a coach I am keen to inspire, motivate and provide constructive guidance and support. I enjoy the different challenges of working with riders of all abilities. 

 

From new cyclists to elite and professional racers across road, mountain bike, track, cyclocross, ultra-racing and bikepacking.

I hold the highest British Cycling qualification, Level 3 Coach. I am also a Personal Trainer, Mountain Bike Leader, National Standards Bikeability Instructor and have many other cycling, nutrition and sports qualifications.

I am a mentor for British Cycling's Ignite Your Coaching Programme, supporting newly qualified cycling coaches. This has also given me experience working with GB Apprentice and GB Academy athletes.

As an athlete I have completed both nationally and internationally in Road Races, Time Trials, Sportives, Mountain Biking Cross Country and Stage Races.

 

This year I am taking on numerous long distance challenges both on and off road including multi-day MTB Stage Races and Bikepacking /UltraRaces.
